Treatment Time

With foot Reflexology, your shoes and socks are removed.  You will remain fully clothed for the treatment. At your first appointment, you will fill out a health history form and sign a consent form. If you have any questions before, during or after the appointment - I gladly welcome all questions! You can talk during the appointment, or you can remain quiet. The choice is yours. I have a recliner chair with you will sit in, reclined with a blanket available for your use.

A treatment usually takes around one hour.  There is no lotion or oils applied during the Reflexology, but at the end there is lotion used to perform a mini foot massage. During the treatment, the physical act of applying pressure, by the use of thumb, fingers and hand techniques will start from the toes to the heel. It is natural to feel sleepy during the appointment, and if you do fall asleep - your body will still receive the same benefits if you stayed awake. Reflexology restores the body’s natural balance by stimulating your body systems to work more effectively.
